  • Specializes in alignment-based, traditional Hatha from teachers dedicated to preserving traditional yoga

  • Trained in specialty styles such as Bhakti, Ayurveda, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and  Yoga Nidra

  • Initiated disciple in the Gaudiya Vaisnava lineage of Bhakti Yoga tracing back to when Lord Krishna spoke the Bhagavad Gita
