In my approach, I combine the structural foundation of the human body with anatomy, kinesiology and manual therapy with time-tested eastern approaches to healing that approach the mind, body and spirit as interconnected entities. Manual therapy provides an invaluable method to assess the physical body, identify problem areas and determine long-term solutions for improving and preventing repetitive pain patterns. Eastern modalities such as Thai massage, Reiki energy healing, and Yoga provide a medium to access the subtle body, giving honor and importance to the individuality of a person's journey and their needs for healing. By addressing any imbalances in an individual's energy body as it interweaves with the physical one, these techniques help locate the root cause of issues and encourage the body to heal itself, facilitating recovery and growth from the inside out.

MASSAGE & YOGA OFFERINGS

THAI MASSAGE

Thai Yoga Massage brings the benefits of yoga and massage, synthesized into one full body session. This technique combines ancient stretching techniques, rhythmic compressions and movement meditation to help you release, unwind and align on a mental and physical level. Gentle work along sen lines (like chi channels) and acupressure helps get energy flowing and break blockages and stagnancy. It is a wonderfully effective, efficient form of bodywork that works with the body rather than using force to achieve desired results.

HOLISTIC BODYWORK

This signature service combines the deeply nurturing, soothing experience of a Swedish relaxation oil massage on a table alongside intuitive, subtle energy work. Sessions can combine guided meditation, gems/stones, and aromatherapy also aid in these sessions to achieve deep relaxation and help your body and mind heal itself.

PRIVATE YOGA

My teachings are founded in alignment-based Hatha yoga, with continued training in Restorative yoga, meditation, mantra, and yogic philosophy from the Vedas. Private sessions are highly personalized and malleable to the desires and wishes of the student and what they would like to learn. Add 30 minutes to a massage, or sign up for a full 60 or 90 minute session of enriching learning and practice.

REIKI + ENERGYWORK

Reiki uses pure life force energy (known as ki, chi, and prana) to help you move through inner blockages and restore balance to the major energy centers of the body, called chakras. It involves a gentle laying of hands and is completely benign. Old wounds, either from this life or prior ones, often cause the chakras to be blocked. As we work, memories and subconscious thoughts are unworked and released, often allowing for deep revelations that allow you to heal and move into new phases of life.
